I am a mixed-methods UX Researcher with 4 years of experience turning insights into actionable strategies across industries such as insurance and healthcare. I have a passion for creating systems that allow us to live more freely, function more flexibly, and work more efficiently.

My superpower is my ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, product managers, and engineers, ensuring user needs and pain points are integrated into every step of the product lifecycle.

I also hold a Master of Science in Human Factors, which has provided me with a strong foundation of understanding different research methodologies, including when and how to apply them during each product phase.
